Step 1:

After receiving your uploaded photo, we'll arrange for a professional designer to draw the simple lines for you and customize the simple painting that's yours.

Step 2:

We'll adjust the embroidery color to match your color requirements and make sure your order requirements aren't left out, such as adding text.

Step 3:

We start embroidering on garments with computerized embroidery machines, which are highly advanced and professional, capable of high-speed, high-efficiency and equally delicate embroidery.

The clothing is a minimalist look but a big statement. The embroidery gives it a special, unique look.

This item is true to size and unisex fit.
Care: Wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, do not iron directly on the design. Tumble dry low.

We are UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED ORDER unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Standard shipping: 2-5 business days processing+6-9 business days delivery, shipping Fee: $8.99. Free shipping on orders over $59.99.
Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days processing+5-8 business days delivery, shipping Fee: $14.99.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we embroider that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

Estimated delivery date includes the following: Processing Time + Delivery Time.

Standard Shipping is about 8-14 business days.
Expedited Shipping is about 7-13 business days.

Note:
1): Taxes (If charged) shoulde be afforded by customer.
2): The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, bad weather and international couriers.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

Please note:
If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.

Incorrect Address

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.

We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.

For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

I ordered this for my fiance because he loves tee shirt gifts (especially comfort tees). I only had a few photos of him with all three kiddos though. You try getting two toddler and a newborn to pose for a nice photo, practically impossible, haha!! I was worried the tee shirt wouldn't come out nicely without having the best picture possible. I contacted the seller and they put my mind at ease. The shirt came out better than expected and included a few minor details that made all the difference. I absolutely love the end result and my fiance does too. It couldn't be more perfect! The shirt came within the date range expected. However, the sooner you order, the better because USPS is slow. It took 10 days from ordering, to making the shirt, to shipping, to arriving.
