All colors shown on the product page are currently in stock and ready to order. Other colors may be temporarily unavailable. If you’d like a specific color not listed, please contact our customer service — we may be able to arrange it depending on the quantity.

2️⃣ Sleeve Customization
Due to embroidery limitations, sleeve customization allows for only one thread color. Please enter your custom text or design clearly — do not include extra notes in the input box, as we embroider exactly what is entered. If you have additional requests, kindly contact our customer service team.

3️⃣ Color Matching Help
Not sure which colors look best together? No worries! You can reach out to our customer service or message us via social media. Our team will be happy to help you create the perfect color combination


Note: Measurements may vary slightly depending on the style of apparel.

📌 I advise you to carefully refer to the Size Chart because the shirt I'm using has a slim fit. If you want to wear it comfortably, I recommend going up 1 to 2 sizes.

Production:

After the purchase, the Production time is about 2-5 business days because each garment is handcrafted for you from scratch in our workshop.

Standard shipping: 6-9 business days

Receiving Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Returns:

We are UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED ORDER unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Standard shipping: 2-5 business days processing+6-9 business days delivery, $8.99, Free $59.99+
Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days processing+5-8 business days delivery, $14.99

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we embroider that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

Estimated delivery date includes the following: Processing Time + Delivery Time.

Standard Shipping is about 8-14 business days.
Expedited Shipping is about 7-13 business days.

Note:
1): Taxes (If charged) shoulde be afforded by customer.
2): The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, bad weather and international couriers.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

Please note:
If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.

Incorrect Address

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.

We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.

For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
