All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we embroider that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!
Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.
Estimated delivery date includes the following: Processing Time + Delivery Time.
Standard Shipping is about 8-14 business days.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.
Incorrect Address
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.
For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

⚠️ Buyers, please be aware! This item ships from overseas, despite the advertised delivery time of 5–6 business days. It took over a month for me to receive my sweater, which was extremely disappointing. The embroidery itself is beautiful, and I will give credit where it’s due for the design. However, the material is very cheap, thin, and nothing like what I expected. It is not cotton but rather a stretchy, polyester-like fabric that feels flimsy and low quality. Unfortunately, the beautiful embroidery does not make up for the poor material quality, long shipping time, and price paid. In my opinion, this sweater is simply not worth the money. I’m very disappointed with my purchase and would have thought twice about ordering had I known what to expect. Please do your research before purchasing and be aware of the potential shipping delays and material quality.

I actually would give it no stars if I had that choice. I ordered my sweatshirts over a month ago and have only received one. The material they used is not what is shown, I works definitely not call it sweatshirt material, it’s more like a silky polyester material. Actually there is no composition or material tag. Very poor quality, material. Don’t waste your time ordering a custom patchwork that is made in China. I am hoping to get a refund, which I’ve asked repeatedly for, but they throw out 15% off any other items, which I will not be ordering from them again. You don’t get what is shown

Website states delivered in 6-8 days, one deliverers 2 weeks later and one delivered 3 weeks later. Ads and website itself leads to think this is a US based company. It is not its China. The fabrics pictured everywhere on the site are not the fabrics used on the shirts. The font is smaller and not all the way across the chest. The wrap as pictured isn’t there either, the word is just straight across. One pullover was not even the color ordered. Since what I received was not as pictured on the website I emailed and requested a refund which they are saying they can do 30% refund. How is that right when it’s not I changed my mind or I don’t want it anymore. What I received it not what I was lead to believe I was buying. The fabrics are ugly to me and only one of them look like what is pictured. I am beyond annoyed.
