Standard shipping: 6-9 business days

Standard shipping: 2-5 business days processing+6-9 business days delivery, shipping Fee: $8.99. Free shipping on orders over $59.99.
Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days processing+5-8 business days delivery, shipping Fee: $14.99.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we embroider that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

Estimated delivery date includes the following: Processing Time + Delivery Time.

Standard Shipping is about 8-14 business days.
Expedited Shipping is about 7-13 business days.

1): Taxes (If charged) shoulde be afforded by customer.
2): The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, bad weather and international couriers.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

Please note:
If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.

Incorrect Address

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.

We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.

For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

Overall, I really like my order and love the look of both items. However, I am a little disappointed in the quality. The fuzzy sewn-on material on the T-shirt is already starting to fall off, which concerns me about how well it will hold up over time. I was also disappointed with the “DUKES” appliqué on my sweatshirt. I specifically requested all blue fabric, but one of the letters has yellow and green in it while the rest are blue. It makes that letter look out of place and isn’t what I requested. I truly love the overall designs of both items, but unfortunately, I’m less satisfied with the quality and attention to detail than I had hoped.

Very disappointed! I ordered this hoping for a cute fabric like the ones they displayed in every photo they post. Even the 5 star reviews have the cute fabric. So when I ordered this I expected the fabrics on my sweater to be cute and not this childish flower patterns. I’m mainly upset because the fabrics on my sweater minus the Polk dot one. Was never displayed anywhere on the website. So this leads me to believe they advertise the good ones and then put whatever they want on the customer sweaters.
