All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we embroider that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!
Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.
Incorrect Address

Would have loved it, but... with the polkadot shirt the mixed fabric shouldn't have been polkadot as well. It blends too much into the sweatshirt. A different print would've shown up better. So I am disappointed.

Sadly, this took a very long time to arrive and it is defective. Was supposed to arrive with 6-9 business days, arrived 5 weeks later. One of the letters was not sewn on correctly and is coming apart. Asking for a replacement. Hopefully they will remedy this situation immediately. It was not cheap and it is only right that they replace my order at no cost to me. The letters are also much smaller than advertised. It’s really cute, so I hope I am able to get another one. This sweatshirt is a size medium.
